Under a capitalist system, are bosses too powerful vis-a-vis employees, and do they use that power against employees? Note also that the answer to those questions has to be compared to the same question asked about other economic systems. But still, it’s good to know whether bosses are “too” powerful, because that lets you know whether (and how hard) to work trying to fix the problem. >>>
