Disney: Layoffs, then Foreign Replacements

From an abstract ethical point of view, foreigners are just as important and worthy as Americans. On the other hand, politicians don’t have abstract ethical obligations, they have concrete ones to a particular citizenry. So do they have an obligation to stop companies like Disney from replacing American workers with temporary foreign workers? >>>
